1. Agreement

By accessing this website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions regarding JankyAss Productions LLC services.

2. Services

JankyAss Productions LLC provides video production services including commercial production, music videos, event coverage, and post-production editing. Specific deliverables are outlined in your client proposal.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt or as specified in the proposal. Late payments may result in a pause of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their data and creative assets provided to us. Production strategies and pre-delivery edits developed by JankyAss Productions LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
